- Small Business Management
If you are a business owner, the Small Business Management Program is a comprehensive 9-month business management program designed to enhance your skills and abilities in order to achieve greater business success. The program includes classroom sessions covering a variety of business topics and is a unique opportunity to gain new insights and exchange ideas with other business owners. The program also includes bi-weekly coaching sessions with an assigned Small Business Advisor to help apply the coursework to the most pressing areas of your business in a completely confidential manner. The course covers a variety of subjects critical to every business including: business planning, leadership, management, financials, sales & marketing, customer service, HR, legal, insurance and technology/systems. You will receive a certificate of completion at the conclusion of the program.
