Business Management, AAS
Overview
The Business Management program is designed for persons currently working in or intending to work in roles such as small business owner/manager, assistant manager, or office administrator.
Intended Learning Outcomes
Learning experiences in this program are designed to assist the student in realizing the following outcomes:
- Work within the ethical, legal, and regulatory parameters of the industry.
- Calculate, compile, and analyze financial records to make prudent business decisions.
- Communicate effectively with diverse individuals as clients, customers, and co-workers both orally and in writing integrating appropriate technologies.
- Use critical thinking skills to solve business problems.
- Exhibit work behaviors that maximize opportunity for continued employment, increased responsibilities, and business success.
