Counseling: Mental Health & Well-being

Short-term, confidential professional counseling, provided free of charge, is available to support students dealing with personal challenges that may affect their college performance. This may include help in managing stress, interpersonal conflicts, decision-making, personal crisis events, screening consultations for mental health and/or substance abuse problems, and other personal concerns. Resource information and referral is provided regarding support groups, self-help courses, and various community health and other support services.
