MAS184 Galley Cooking

Students learn to safely prepare simple, healthy, hearty meals while underway, including budgeting, provisioning, meal planning, timing, service, and cleanup. This class is held aboard the training vessel FORERUNNER. Prerequisite: MAS 100 Maritime Occupations or instructor approval.
