MAS192 Intro to Deck Machinery and Safety
Students learn to safely operate deck machinery and demonstrate competency in safe working practices, crane operations, identifying maintenance issues, and maintaining a safe working environment. This class is held aboard the training vessel FORERUNNER. Prerequisite: MAS 183 Seamanship III.
